Because permanent cosmetics is an art, we have carefully selected our permanent cosmetic technician. Helen Piatt has been a practicing technician for more than 20 years and is certified by the American Academy of Micro pigmentation. She is an artist in applying permanent make-up. Helen is also skilled in updating and refreshing permanent cosmetic treatments applied by another professional and/or friend.
