I completed the 40 day injection protocol of HCG. I have high BP and Cholesterol so Dr.Tami suggested that I loose some weight to help with those issues. I weighed 144.5 when I started on the program 10/2/10 and weighed 120.5 on the 40th day. The injections were tough for me at first but when you see a pound or more most days leaving you it gets easier and easier! I kept a diary the whole time. It was very helpful and showed me if I was eating enough or to much. There is a wonderful cookbook that helped with meal planning. I am amazed at how I look and feel!
