When a patient refers a friend to Vitality, it is the highest compliment we can receive. Your referrals tell us that your results and your experience here are making you happy -- and we'd like to offer something to you and your friend to say thank you.
With Vitality Ambassador Rewards, you earn benefits for each friend you refer to our Center who receives a first time treatment.  
Vitality Ambassador Rewards are $50.00 for each and every new referral!  The number of Vitality Ambassador Rewards you can earn is unlimited, and the sum of the value of your Vitality Ambassador Rewards is unlimited as well. Your Rewards card(s) can be used toward any treatment of your choice, at any time.* Vitality Ambassador Rewards do not expire.

Were you referred to us by a friend?

If a friend referred you to our Center, please let us know! We want to thank your friend for telling you about our services. We also want to thank you for giving us a chance to provide you the same world class service and results we offered to your friend.
If a friend referred you to our Center, you can earn automatic $50.00 Vitality Ambassador Rewards toward your first treatment with us. All you need to do to earn your Vitality Ambassador Reward toward your first treatment is to tell us the name of the friend who referred you.

* Subject to your being assessed a good candidate for treatment. Vitality Ambassador Rewards are not valid on retail products, or with any other offer. Vitality Ambassador Rewards contain no cash value.  They are kept in our computer system so you never have to worry about them being lost!
